Q:        How do I apply for an open position with West Insurance?

A:         Click on the Career Opportunities section of our website.  Select the job you are interested in applying for and submit your application by completing the profile and attaching your resume.

 

 

Q:        How long after submitting my application will I hear from a representative from your company?

A:         Resumes are reviewed daily.  After review, if it is determined your qualifications and background are a fit human resources will contact you normally within 2-3 business days.

 

 

Q:        How long is the hiring process?

A:         The length of the hiring process varies depending on the urgency to fill the position, the number of applications submitted, and the availability of senior staff to participate in the interview process.

 

 

Q:        Do I need to apply to more than one position if my resume has already been received?

A:         Yes.  If you are interested in multiple positions within in the company, you should apply to each position separately with an application profile and resume.

 

 

Q:        How will I know if I’m being considered for an opportunity with West Insurance?

A:         Human Resources will respond to every resume submittal within 2-3 business days of receipt.

 

 

Q:        Is there a telephone number where I can contact Human Resources directly with questions?

A:        Questions should be directed to the Human Resources Manager at  humanresources@westagy.com.  Someone will respond within 2-3 business days. 

 

 

Q:        When inquiring about opportunities, is it necessary to add the job title or job code when communicating with Human Resources?

A:         Yes.  It is helpful to have the job title and job code in the subject area of your inquiries.  It will help HR determine where to direct your questions.

 

 

Q:        How long after an interview can I expect to hear back from the company?

A:         The length of the hiring process varies depending on the urgency to fill the position and the number of applications submitted.  However, feedback will be provided within 24 – 48 hours of your interview.

 

 

Q:        Can I walk into your office and complete an application?
